The SinoVally Reseller Program is designed for both new and existing entrepreneurs who want to start their business with lower risk.

We understand that many people want to start a business, but one common concern holds them back:

"What if I can't sell the products?"

To reduce that risk, we created the SinoVally Reseller Program.

Through this program, approved resellers can purchase products at special reseller prices and enjoy up to 3 months to sell them. If any products remain unsold during this period, resellers may apply for a return, product exchange, or refund, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.

Eligibility

The SinoVally Reseller Program is open to:

• New Entrepreneurs

• Facebook & Online Sellers

• Retail Business Owners

• Student Entrepreneurs

• Home-Based Business Owners

• Small Business Owners

SinoVally reserves the right to review every application before approval.

How the Program Works

Step 1: Complete the Reseller Registration.

Step 2: SinoVally will review your application.

Step 3: Once approved, your Reseller Account will be activated.

Step 4: Purchase products at reseller prices.

Step 5: Try to sell your products within the next 3 months.

Step 6: If any products remain unsold, submit a Return Request within the specified period.

Step 7: Upon approval, receive either a Refund or Product Exchange.

Personal Reseller Dashboard

Every approved reseller will receive a Personal Reseller Dashboard. From your dashboard, you can easily monitor your inventory, sales, orders, customer information, eligible return products, remaining program duration, and return deadlines. A reminder notification will also be sent 5 (five) days before the return application deadline to help you submit your request on time.

Reseller Responsibilities

As a reseller, you must:

• Conduct your business legally and ethically.

• Make a genuine effort to sell the products.

• Protect the reputation and brand image of SinoVally.

• Avoid using false or misleading information.

• Provide proof of your sales efforts if requested by SinoVally.

Reseller Protection Policy

The purpose of the SinoVally Reseller Protection Policy is to reduce the business risk for new entrepreneurs.

A return request will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:

• The product must be completely unsold.

• The product must be in brand-new condition.

• The original box, packaging, and all accessories must be included.

• The product must not show any signs of use, damage, or modification.

• Where applicable, seals, serial numbers, and warranty stickers must remain intact.

Return Requests Will Not Be Accepted If

• The product has been used.

• The product is damaged.

• The original box or packaging is incomplete.

• Any accessories are missing.

• The return request is submitted after the allowed period.

• The product is marked as Clearance, Special Offer, or Non-Returnable.

Refund & Product Exchange

Once a return request is approved, the reseller may choose one of the following options.

Refund

If the reseller requests a refund, an 8% Processing Fee will be deducted from the total value of the returned products, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Product Exchange

If the reseller chooses to exchange the returned products for other products of equal value, no Processing Fee will be charged.

Return Request Deadline

Return requests must be submitted at least 5 (five) days before the completion of the 3-month selling period.

Late Return Request

If a return request is submitted after the deadline, an additional 5% Late Return Fee will apply along with the standard 8% Processing Fee.

SinoVally's Rights

• SinoVally reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or reject any reseller application.

• SinoVally may request additional information, photos, videos, or supporting documents whenever necessary.

• SinoVally reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Reseller Program and its policies at any time without prior notice.
